A warm place to begin

The work begins with listening: to your routines, digestion, stress, sleep, energy, and the quiet signals that can guide a more nourishing path forward.

My Story

I know what it feels like to carry so much.

I have raised 3 beautiful men, managed my own business, and been a caregiver for my grandmother and parents.

I know the strain of stress, extreme tiredness, digestive discomfort, sleepless nights, and moments when it feels hard to find your way back to yourself.

My work with DHARA is grounded in the belief that healing does not need to feel harsh, complicated, or disconnected from real life. It can begin with listening, nourishment, steadier routines, and practices that honour the season you are in.

You deserve support, nourishment, and the chance to feel like yourself again.
